വെറും വാചാലതകൾ നൽകി വോട്ട് ചോദിക്കാൻ എനിക്ക് കഴിയില്ല. റാന്നിയുടെ മണ്ണും മനസ്സും നേരിൽ അറിഞ്ഞ്, നമ്മൾ ഒറ്റ ചേർന്ന് നടത്തിയ 'വികസന സെമിനാർ' വൻ വിജയമാക്കിയ നിങ്ങളോടോരോരുത്തരോടും എനിക്ക് നിസ്സീമമായ കടപ്പാടുണ്ട്. ഈ പ്രശ്നങ്ങൾക്ക് ശാശ്വത പരിഹാരം കാണുക എന്നതാണ് എന്റെ ആദ്യ ലക്ഷ്യം.

I cannot seek votes with empty words. I am deeply grateful to everyone who made the 'Development Seminar' a grand success — through which we heard your aspirations first-hand. Ranni, where the sacred Pampa River meets the lush Western Ghats, is poised to become a key milestone on Kerala's development map. The goal of the 'Ranni Development Agenda' is to reimagine its traditional resources through the power of modern technology.

Eco-Tech ഹാർമണിEco-Tech Harmony

Eco-Tech Harmony (പരിസ്ഥിതിയും സാങ്കേതികവിദ്യയും തമ്മിലുള്ള സന്തുലിതാവസ്ഥ) എന്ന ആശയം ആധാരമാക്കി റാന്നിയുടെ സാമൂഹിക-സാമ്പത്തിക വ്യവസ്ഥിതിയെ അടുത്ത അഞ്ചു വർഷത്തിനുള്ളിൽ പുതിയ ഉയരങ്ങളിൽ എത്തിക്കുകയാണ് ലക്ഷ്യം.

Smart Labs equipped with AI, Robotics and ML will be set up in selected schools across Ranni. Students will receive hands-on training in coding, machine learning, and drone technology from the school level itself.

തൊഴിലന്വേഷകർക്കായി പ്രത്യേകം സജ്ജമാക്കിയ ഈ കേന്ദ്രത്തിൽ Data Science, Machine Learning, Cyber Security, Robotics എന്നിവയിൽ ദേശീയ-അന്തർദേശീയ അംഗീകാരമുള്ള Certificate Courses ആരംഭിക്കും. A dedicated centre for job seekers offering nationally and internationally accredited courses in Data Science, ML, Cyber Security, and Robotics. Internship tie-ups with leading technology companies will be ensured.

Local Digital Task Force
NRI സാങ്കേതിക വിദഗ്ദ്ധർ, അദ്ധ്യാപകർ എന്നിവരെ ഉൾപ്പെടുത്തി ഒരു Task Force രൂപീകരിക്കും. ഇവർ പഞ്ചായത്ത് തലത്തിൽ ഡിജിറ്റൽ സാക്ഷരത ഉറപ്പാക്കുകയും യുവാക്കൾക്ക് Mentorship നൽകുകയും ചെയ്യും. A Task Force of NRI technology experts and teachers will be formed to ensure digital literacy at the panchayat level and provide mentorship to youth. Goal: at least one 'digital expert' per family in Ranni.

വിദ്യാർത്ഥികളുടെ സിവിൽ സർവ്വീസ് സ്വപ്നം സാക്ഷാൽക്കരിക്കുക എന്നതാണ് ഈ പദ്ധതിയുടെ ലക്ഷ്യം. ഇതിനായി Civil Services Academy-യുടെ Sub-Centre റാന്നി കേന്ദ്രീകരിച്ച് ആരംഭിക്കും. To help students realize their dream of joining the civil services, a Sub-Centre of the Civil Services Academy will be established in Ranni, with coaching and guidance facilities.

കൃഷിയിടങ്ങളിൽ ഡ്രോണുകൾ ഉപയോഗിച്ച് വളപ്രയോഗം നടത്താനും, മണ്ണിന്റെ ഈർപ്പവും പോഷകഗുണവും അളക്കാൻ AI-അടിസ്ഥിത സെൻസറുകൾ സ്ഥാപിക്കാനും പദ്ധതി വിഭാവനം ചെയ്യുന്നു. Drones will be deployed for precision fertiliser application, while AI-based soil sensors will continuously monitor moisture and nutrient levels — enabling data-driven, efficient crop management for Ranni's farmers.

ഓർഗാനിക് ഫാമിംഗ്, വിത്ത് ഉൽപ്പാദന കേന്ദ്രം, Dairy Units, Hitech Plant Nurseries ഉൾക്കൊള്ളുന്ന ഒരു മാതൃകാ ഫാം ലാബ് വികസിപ്പിക്കും. Integrated Agri-Tech Park-ആയി ഉയർത്തും. A model Farm Lab in Ranni will include organic farming, seed production centre, dairy units, and hi-tech nurseries. This will be developed into a full Integrated Agri-Tech Park with Central-State government support.

Small industrial parks based on the 'Zero Effect Zero Defect' (ZED) principle will be set up, with priority for rubber-based products and spice processing — forming part of the Central MSME promotion scheme.

കർഷകർക്ക് ഇടനിലക്കാരില്ലാതെ ഉൽപ്പന്നങ്ങൾ വിൽക്കാൻ ഒരു Mobile App സജ്ജമാക്കും. ഇത് കർഷകരെ നേരിട്ട് ഉപഭോക്താക്കളുമായും കയറ്റുമതിക്കാരുമായും ബന്ധിപ്പിക്കും. A mobile application will be developed to enable farmers to sell their produce directly to consumers and exporters — eliminating middlemen and ensuring fair prices for Ranni's farming community.

പമ്പ നദിയെ കേന്ദ്രീകരിച്ച് Kayaking, River Rafting, Pedal Boating ആരംഭിക്കും. പമ്പയുടെ തീരങ്ങളിൽ സുരക്ഷിതമായ Walk-Ways, Landing Points നിർമ്മിക്കും. 'River Village' സാദ്ധ്യത പ്രയോജനപ്പെടുത്തും. Kayaking, river rafting, and pedal boating will be launched on the Pampa. Safe walk-ways and landing points will be built along the riverbanks. The 'River Village' concept will also be developed as a unique ecotourism destination.

റാന്നിയിലെ മലനിരകളെ ബന്ധിപ്പിച്ചുകൊണ്ട് ഇക്കോ-ട്രക്കിംഗ് പാതകൾ വികസിപ്പിക്കും. സ്വദേശ-വിദേശ സന്ദർശകർക്കായി പ്രകൃതിസൗഹൃദ Tree-top Huts, Camping Sites ഒരുക്കും. Eco-trekking trails will link Ranni's hill ranges. Eco-friendly Tree-top Huts and camping sites will be developed for domestic and international visitors, creating a sustainable mountain tourism circuit.

QR-code-based audio guides and AI chatbots will explain the history and geography of every tourist spot in Ranni — enabling self-guided tours in multiple languages for a richer visitor experience.

വിനോദസഞ്ചാര മേഖലകളിൽ 'Zero Plastic' നയം കർശനമാക്കും. Plastic-Free Ranni-യുടെ ഭാഗമായി തുണി ബാഗ്, പേപ്പർ ബാഗ് നിർമ്മാണ-വിപണനം പ്രോൽസാഹിപ്പിക്കും. A strict Zero Plastic policy will be enforced in all tourism zones. Cloth bags and paper bags will be manufactured and promoted locally, making Ranni a Plastic-Free destination while generating community livelihoods.
